There are 2 types of Outracoin releases: Core and App.
The Outracoin Core is the full application, available for Windows and Linux, which downloads the complete blockchain and contains the RPC. If you intend to run a full node, run a mining pool or you are a developer, this is the one you need.
The Outracoin Wallet App is a simplified user friendly version, without the Core features, intended only for sending and receiving Outracoin on a mobile device. Currently only an Android version is available.
Outracoin Core is open source, and the complete code is available on Github at http://github.com/outracoin. There is no commercial support by the Outracoin Developers Team, but Outracoin receives full support from its community.
